The Popup Library makes managing your popups effortless by providing a centralized location to store, organize, and reuse your best popup designs.

Building out your Popup Library is simple and can be done in three ways:

  1. The Quickest Way: Save existing popups directly from your landing pages. Navigate to the page, select the popup you’re already using, and save it to your library—no need to rebuild.
  2. From your Workspace: Create new popups from outside your landing pages using the dedicated Popup Builder. Once done, hit save and it will be stored in your library.
  3. From the Landing Page Builder: Continue building popups from your landing pages, and add them to your library from there, like you did with your existing popups. You can also keep it just for that page.

With your Popup Library built out, you now have your best popups ready to go, helping you launch campaigns and promotions faster.

How to find, build, and reuse Popups

You can access your Popup Library from the new ‘Popups’ option under the ‘Assets’ tab in your Instapage workspace. Here, you can manage your reusable popups and find the Popup Builder.

To enter the Popup Builder, click ‘Create Popup’ or start editing an existing popup. Once finished, click ‘Save’ to store your popup design, and easily reuse it across all your landing pages in your workspace.

To reuse your popups, select ‘Open Library’ at the top of the popup canvas in the landing page builder, and click ‘Insert’. Feel free to update your popup’s design from there, it won’t affect the version in your library once inserted.

What is the Contacts feature?

Contacts represent unique records of your leads or individuals. You can create these contacts automatically from form submissions, in bulk from existing leads, or from manually inputting fields.

Once a contact is created, all of their information is centralized in a single contact record, and any future form submissions from the same contact are captured there instead of creating duplicate records.

The Contacts feature lets you view all your contacts through the new ‘Contacts’ section in your Instapage Dashboard’s Workspace sidebar. You can manage your existing contacts or manually create new contacts.

To make segmentation easier and more seamless, you can also search or filter contacts to download or add them to lists easily.

What is the Lists feature?

Lists represent a collection of contacts. The new feature allows you to view all your contact lists through the new ‘Lists’ section in the Instapage Workspace sidebar.

In the sidebar, you can find, manage, and download your existing lists. You can also easily create new ready-to-use lists from filters in the ‘Contacts’ section. Instapage users can even have contacts added to existing or new lists when they are created, such as directly from form submissions, letting you put your list building and gathering on autopilot.

Instapage allows you to build, manage, and launch landing pages faster using reusable forms and pre-built form templates—all in one platform.

Under the Assets tab in your workspace, you’ll now find a Forms option to access the Form Library. Here, you can view all your reusable forms and create new ones. By clicking “Create Form” or selecting an existing form, you enter the Form Builder.

In the builder, you can easily drag and drop form fields onto your canvas, adjust the settings of the form and each field, customize the form style, and hit save to add a new form to your library or update changes to an existing one.

You can access all your reusable forms and pre-made form templates through the new Form Library option within the landing page builder. From here, you can insert any form or access the Form Builder by clicking “Create New Form” or “Preview & Edit” on an existing form.

Once a form is added, you can further customize the field and button widths and the form button placement on the page builder canvas. From the form element settings, you can also update the button and form styles directly from the page builder or click “Edit Form” to access the Form Builder for more extensive changes.

All changes made after the form is added only apply to that instance, allowing you to customize your forms further while keeping your saved version unchanged.
